RESCISSION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT

WHEREAS, Notice of Default and election to sell was recorded on 7/28/2025, as Instrument No. 2025-
006487, official records of Klamath County, Oregon, under the terms of a Deed of Trust executed by
ROBERT FRASER AND DEBERAH FRASER, as Grantor, to AMERITITLE, as Trustee, for
MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS DESIGNATED NOMINEE FOR
STEARNS LENDING, LL.C, BENEFICIARY OF THE SECURITY INSTRUMENT, ITS
SUCCIESSORS AND ASSIGNS, as Beneficiary, dated 3/28/2019, recorded on 3/29/2019, as Instrument
No. 2019-003476, official records of Klamath County, Oregon.

NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned does hereby rescind, cancel and withdraw the acceleration of the
debt and said notice of default provided, however, that such rescission, cancellation and withdrawal shall
be deemed only an election, without prejudice, not to proceed with sale of the property covered by said
deed of trust, pursuant to said notice, and shall in nowise jeopardize or impair any of the right, remedies
or provisions secured to the beneficiary under said deed of trust, nor modify or alter in any respect any of
the agreements, conditions or obligations thereof.
