This General Warranty Deed is made effective this 16 day of January, 2026 (the “Effective Date”) between GARY
AND JANE ZIEG FAMILY TRUST, dated January 8, 1991, by Jane Alice Zieg (Grantor), surviving Grantor and
Trustee, a trust whose mailing address is PO BOX 131, Malin, OR 97632, and BRANDON MICHAEL ZIEG,
(“Grantee”), an individual(s) whose mailing address is PO BOX 131, Malin, OR 97632.

WHEREAS, the Trust authorizes the Grantors to “designate; make gifts; or otherwise deal with, acquire, improve or
dispose of any part or all of the Trust estate”; and

WHEREAS, Jane Zieg is the sole surviving Grantor and Trustee of the Trust; and

WHEREAS, this conveyance is made pursuant to the Grantor’s retained lifetime authority under the Trust and is
intended as a gift;

WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for no monetary consideration, but as a gift, the Grantor does hereby, grant, sell, alien,
demise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee the real property (the “Property”) located at 2006 6th Street,
Malin in Klamath County, OR 97632, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 6, Block 64, City of Malin,
Klamath County, Oregon

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto said Grantee and its successors and assigns, forever.
