for the benefit of BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Original Beneficiary, and recorded on APRIL 25, 2005 in Book M0S5 at Page 29052
in the Records of the County Clerk’s Office in and for the County of KLAMATH, State of OREGON.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DEED OF TRUST
