Successor Trustee under that certain Trust Deed dated March 20, 2009,
executed and delivered by Alex Cruickshank and Gitte Jensen as grantors to TICOR
TITLE as Trustee (by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE recorded at 2017-002625
Records of Klamath County, Oregon, Neal G. Buchanan, Attorney At Law was
appointed Successor Trustee) in which William R. Wohrman and Janice C. Wohrman,
Trustees of the Wohrman Family Revocable Living Trust are the beneficiaries
recorded on March 20, 2009, in the Records of Klamath County, Oregon, at
Volume No. 2009 at page 004018 conveying real property situated in said county
legally described as follows to wit:

Lot 1 in Block 2, FIRST ADDITION TO LOMA LINDA HEIGHTS, according to the
official plat thereof on file in the office of the County Clerk of Klamath
County, Oregon

having received from the Beneficiary under said Trust Deed a written request
to re-convey, reciting that the obligation secured by said Trust Deed has been
fully paid and satisfied, hereby does grant, bargain, sell and convey, but
without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, to the person or persons
legally entitled thereto, all of the estate held by the undersigned in and to
said described premises by virtue of said Trust Deed.

In construing this instrument and whenever the context hereof so
requires, the singular includes the plural.
