APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE

Known all men by these presents, that 24 ACQUISITION, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
company (“Current Beneficiary”), who is the current owner and holder of that Line of Credit
Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement, Financing Statement
and Fixture Filing (the “Deed of Trust”), given by SAGE AID PROPCO LLC, a Delaware
limited liability company (“Grantor”), to FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE
COMPANY, as trustee (the “Original Trustee”), for the benefit of KEYBANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION, a national banking association (“Original Beneficiary™), dated June 28, 2017,
and recorded on June 30, 2017, as Instrument No. 2017-007190, in the office of the county
recording officer of Klamath County, Oregon (the “County Recorder”), which was amended by
that certain Security Instrument Modification Agreement, between Grantor and Original
Beneficiary, dated December 18, 2020 and recorded on December 21, 2020 as Instrument No.
2020-016660, in the office of the County Recorder (the “First Modification”), which was
further amended by that certain Second Security Instrument Modification Agreement,
between Grantor and Original Beneficiary, dated May 16, 2022 and recorded on May 18, 2022,
as Instrument No. 2022-006304, in the office of the County Recorder (the “Second
Modification” and together with the Original Deed of Trust and the First Modification, the
“Deed of Trust”), which Deed of Trust was assigned by that certain Assignment of Deed of
Trust, from Original Beneficiary to Current Beneficiary, dated September 30, 2024, and
recorded on October 2, 2024, as Instrument No. 2024-008594, in the office of the County
Recorder,

The Current Beneficiary desires to appoint a new trustee in the place and stead of the Original
Trustee. Now therefore, in view of the premises, the undersigned hereby appoints OLD
REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY as successor trustee under said
Deed of Trust, to have all the powers of said original trustee, effective immediately.

In construing this instrument, and whenever the context so requires, the singular includes the
plural.
