DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

The Undersigned Trustee, under that certain Deed dated February 15, 2025, executed
and delivered by Timothy Schubert and Susanne Schubert, as Tenants by the
Entirety, as to Parcel 1 and Timothy Schubert as to Parcel 2 as Grantor, and
Scott Farrar and Linda Farrar, husband and wife, or the survivor thereof as
Beneficiary, and recorded February 28, 2025 and rerecorded June 03,

2025, as Fee No. Instrument No. 2025-001457 and rerecorded in Instrument
No. 2025-004171 in the Mortgage Records of Klamath County, Oregon , conveying
real property situated in said county described as follows:

"As fully set forth on said Deed of Trust as described above".

Having received from the beneficiary under said Trust Deed a written request to reconvey,
reciting that the obligation secured by said Trust Deed has been fully paid and performed,
hereby does grant, bargain, sell and convey, but without any covenant or warranty,
express or implied, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all of the estate held
by the undersigned in and to said described premises by virtue of said Trust Deed.
