as Instrument No. 2015-004368 in the Official Records of Klamath County, Oregon (together with
any amendments, renewals, extensions, or modifications thereto, the “Deed of Trust”) hereby

Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron pin on the North line of said Lot 22-B from which
an iron axle marking the Northeast corner of said Lot 22-B bears North 89°
46’32” East, 969.54 feet said point of beginning also marking the intersection
