The undersigned Lender is the legal owner and holder of all indebtedness evidenced by the note(s)
secured by a Deed of Trust dated September 3, 2008, executed by Richard Heathershaw and June
Heathershaw, as tenants by the entirety, recorded on September 9, 2008 as Instrument No. 2008-012598,
in Records of Klamath County, State of Oregon ( “Deed of Trust”).

Lender, who is the Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, hereby appoints Amerititle, whose address is Po
Box 3648 La Pine, OR 97739, as the new Trustee under the Deed of Trust to have all the powers of the
original Trustee, effective forthwith. The prior Trustee has ceased to act as Trustee.
