Willamette Meridian, Klamath County, Oregon. Being more particularly described as follows:

A portion of Lot 2 of Tract 1463, Klamath Falls Industrial Park, being a replat of Parcel 1 of Land
Partition 25-99, and Parcel 3 of Land Partition 32-95, according to the official plat thereof on file
in the office of the County Clerk of Klamath County, Oregon, filed on January 12, 2007, as
Document No. 2007-000659, and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a 5/8-inch iron rod marking the southeast corner of Lot 1 of Tract 1463, Kiamath
Falls industrial Park; thence along the easterly line of said Lot 1, North 00°30'29" East 548.98
feet to the northeast comer of said Lot 1; thence along the northerly line of Lot 2 of Tract 1463,
Klamath Falls Industrial Park, South 89°29'31" East 205.54 feel to 5/8-inch iron rod; thence
leaving said northerly line, South 00°30'29" West 548.98 feet to a point on the southerly line of
