The true consideration for this conveyance is for estate planning purposes.

The undersigned is the owner of the beneficiary’s interest under that certain Trust Deed
dated July 13, 2007 executed and delivered by George R. Green, JR and Krystal I. Green,
Grantor, and Max M. Hoffman and Donna L. Hoffman, Husband and Wife, Beneficiary, and
Western Title & Escrow Company, Trustee, recorded on July 18, 2007 as instrument number
2007-012737 in Klamath County Official Records and encumbering real property described as:

LOT 15, BLOCK 11, TRACT 1060, SUN FOREST ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE
OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF
KLAMATH COUNTY, OREGON.

(the “Trust Deed”).

The undersigned hereby grants, assigns, transfers and sets over to Max M. Hoffman and
Donna L. Hoffman, as Trustees of the Hoffman Revocable Trust, dated May 21, 2026, their
assigns and successors (“Assignee”), all of the undersigned's beneficial interest in and under the
Trust Deed, together with the notes, monies and obligations described or referred to in the
Trust Deed, including interest, and all other rights and benefits whatsoever accrued or to accrue
under the Trust Deed.

The undersigned hereby covenants to and with the Assignee that the undersigned is the
owner of the interest described herein and has good right to sell, transfer and assign the same.
